To start, simply press the presentation button and select screensharing. You can then choose whether to share a tab, a window, or the entire screen. Once you make your selection, the screen content will be displayed in your meeting.

We are excited to introduce another exciting feature in HxMeet: Reactions! From now on, all participants can provide quick feedback in video conferences using emojis. These emojis appear directly over the live video and move around for a few seconds, making feedback not only visible but also lively.

Whether it’s a thumbs up, applause, or a laughing face – everyone can express their reactions instantly and effortlessly. A special highlight: by clicking on an emoji multiple times, more emojis will be displayed, conveying more intense feedback.

For the host, this means that they can capture the participants’ mood and reactions in real time. Whether it’s approval, enthusiasm, or other reactions – with Emotions, the host always has an overview and can respond accordingly.

This new feature makes communication in HxMeet even more interactive and lively. Participants can immediately and clearly share their emotions without needing to speak, which is particularly advantageous in large meetings or presentations.
